Can you explicitly mark a question as optional on Oracle Career Site?

Summary: Our legal department wants to have a question on our external career site "explicitly" labeled as Optional. How can this be accomplished?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I understand that mandatory questions are marked with an asterisk and the absence of an asterisk means that a question is optional but the mandate is to have the verbiage "Optional" displayed for the question. Other than having the word "Optional" as part of the question text is there a way to accomplish this?
