Error while creating sales order when using attribute-based discount

Hi everyone,

We’re implementing attribute-based discounts in Oracle Fusion Pricing and are stuck. Our design uses three Order-Header EFFs as the attributes for pricing rules.

What we did

  • Created 3 Order-Header EFFs.
  • Added a custom entity and attribute mappings in Service Mappings (runtime VO).
  • Exposed the attributes in the Pricing Matrix as condition columns.
  • Created discount rules that use those header attributes.

I’ve attached a doc with screenshots of the setups.

Current behaviour / errors
When creating an order we get these errors:

  • Line 1: Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item XXXXX, with unit of measure ST.
