Automatically Apply Candidate Label Based on Interview Feedback Response

Hi There,

I am working on a requirement to automate the tagging of "Silver Medalist" candidates. My goal is to automatically apply a candidate label (e.g., "Recommend") to a candidate submission specifically when a Hiring Manager selects a specific response in an Interview Feedback Questionnaire.

The Requirement:

  • Phase: Interviewing
  • Trigger: Hiring Manager completes the feedback form.
  • Logic: If the question "Decision- Interview Feedback- Hiring Manager/Decision Maker" is answered with "Selected for Offer/Hire", a label should be applied.

Current Setup & Issue:I have attempted to use a Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Fast Formula attached to an "Add Candidate Label"
