Currently it looks like spinning up of an MCP server is restricted to a per autonomous database instance basis.

This works effectively when multiple tools "coexist" or there's a smaller number of tools in a given MCP server, but once you need to create many tools, with some possibly being unrelated to others the performance of the agent utilizing the correct tools can go down.

It would be good to have some type of DBMS_CLOUD_AI_AGENT functionality to define a MCP server endpoint on which to relate tools.
