Learning Display Issue

Hey Everyone,

We are having a weird issue with one of our learning items:

You can see inside the green box, there space where you'd normally see the Course Title and Action menu is white on white, and there is the broken image icon in the top left.

Now, oddly enough, if I open the Browser developer tools, it fixes itself:

Does anyone have any thoughts about what might be happening here?
