Global Access Group based on Analysis Not Allowing Employees to Search/Enroll in Leanring

We have created a Global Access Group for employees that hold a Director management level position or above. This is so that those in that group can search and enroll in a leadership only learning. I have created an OTBI analysis to fetch the needed employees based off the Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time subject area. The analysis is working as should. I have attached that analysis to the Global Access Group and set the SPZ and Courses in the SPZ to "No Access."
