26A Candidate Selection Process Auto-Moves No Longer Working

Our CSP has an automatic move, based on the fast formulas Pre-screening Positive Score and Rehire Eligible, when candidates enter the HR Review phase to move them to the Hiring Manager Review phase. Internal employee candidates are correctly moving automatically. For external candidates, they do not move, despite the fast formulas evaluating correctly (Oracle Managed Services completed evaluation for us and confirmed everything is configured correctly and working as expected, but the moves for external do not happen).

Oddly, the same candidates no longer having CSP actions carried out, had actions work flawlessly on applications the days leading up to the 26A update, but nothing after. I have opened an SR, but this is causing our recruiters to have to screen and manually move every external applicant. This automatic move worked for the last year since our go-live up until 26A.
