What Project based attributes available in Costing to use - DFF from Project Cost Tasks not working?
Summary:
When creating Miscellaneous transactions from an outside Maintenance system the Project Costing attributes are not working in the conditions of the Account Rules and Mapping sets.
- Task Descriptive Flexfield Attribute 4"(PJC,S,S) - Capital DFF
- Task Descriptive Flexfield Attribute 2"(PJC,S,S) - Program DFF
- Task Organization Cost Center Segment
- Project Legal Entity Name
- Expenditure Type
All sources are part of the assignments under the the Miscellaneous transactions event class in the Manage Subledger Application Transaction Objects: Cost Management.
My Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets: Cost Management is duplicated from the seeded Miscellaneous Issue and Miscellaneous Receipt and the segment rules are updated for the company, cost centre and account with the project based Account Rules.
