Unable to Search Business Unit in Manage Users with Custom Role (Without Giving CRM Access)

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement where a user should be able to create and manage users in Manage Users, and while assigning roles they should be able to search and select the Business Unit. However, they should not have access to CRM transactional data such as Accounts, Contacts, Leads, etc.

Currently the user has the following role:

  • IT Security Manager

With this role, the user can create users but the Business Unit LOV is not searchable while assigning roles in Manage Users.

To resolve this, we created a custom role and tried adding:

  • Function Security Privileges such as View Business Unit
