How to set line manager as requestor in learning request approval

Hi Team, I have below requirement for my approval flow in non catalog learning request:
1.Requestor is Learner and approval will trigger to A>B>C
2.Requestor is Learner's Line manager,approval will trigger to B>C
How can this be achieved.How can the requestor as line manager can be configured.Thanks for any insight
