Learning assignment/initiative Alert

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to send alerts to learners once a learning assignment/initiative has been assigned to them.

We are using the expression for LearningAssignment Notification

${assignmentCreatedDate}> sysdate -1

but all the employees are not getting alert notification . Can you help?

NOTE - Intitative date set as 01.03.2026 and created on 28.02.2026
