Exploring AI Agents for different end-user roles

We have enabled permission groups for our custom employee role and have granted the 'Access Intelligent Agent Chat' privilege and the 'Fai Genai Agent Runtime Duty' role. We have done the same for our custom line manager role. This allows us to grant access to some AI Agents only to our line managers.
There are a few AI Agent that only our HR Specialists should have access to. We use the seeded Human Resource Specialist role and we cannot edit a seeded role. Does this mean we need to create a custom role? That would have some disadvantages for us. Any thoughts?
