The Payee Email Address is always appearing as blank in the OTBI report for onetime Payment

We would like to understand why the remittance email address field is not being populated in our OTBI report for oneitme payment. Could you please help whether OTBI is technically capable of retrieving and displaying this email address field? If it is supported, kindly advise which subject area should be used to make this information available in the report.
