Ability to Use the Grade LOV on the Job Requisition Creation Page When Creating a Job Offer

Hello everyone,

We are currently facing an inconsistency regarding the Grade List of Values (LOV) behaviour between the Job Requisition and Job Offer pages when using Position Management, and we are looking for some guidance.

Here is the current system behaviour we are observing related to grade value when creating a job requisition from position:

  1. Job Requisition Creation ("Offer info" section): When initializing a Job Requisition from a Position, the Grade LOV displays all available grades in the system. It does not filter or respect the specific "Valid Grades" defined at the Position level.
  2. Job Offer Creation ("Assignment info" section):
