Hi everyone,

We are currently facing an inconsistency regarding the Grade List of Values (LOV) behavior between the Job Requisition and Job Offer pages when using Position Management, and we are looking for some guidance.

Here is the current system behavior we are observing (screenshots attached):

1. Job Requisition Creation ("Offer info" section): When initializing a Job Requisition from a Position, the Grade LOV displays all available grades in the system. It does not filter or respect the specific "Valid Grades" defined at the Position level.
