Large Object (LOB) Attributes - FileContents

Summary: Hi does anybody have experince in usage of this REST API endpoint, for example for documents of records.

We're using postman and if we upload the file by binary option it works, if we encode the file and use the encoded string as a raw body the upload works as well but the loaded file stream is not working in the UI.
