Can Orders Be Allocated Without Waving or During a Running Wave Without Multi-Wave?

Summary:

Is there a way in Oracle WMS to allocate an order without having to include it in a wave, or while a wave is currently running, without enabling multi-wave processing? In our current setup, orders are typically allocated through the wave process. However, we would like to understand whether Oracle provides a method to allocate an individual order either outside of the wave process or during an active wave run, without enabling the multi-wave functionality.
