Need a provision to enter comments at each of the matrix level for the Price Adjustment matrix

Summary:

Under a PriceList - Adjustment matrix or Discount - Attribute based rule - matrix with needed condition exisits(Like Customer Name, Account Information etc). Now for each of the entry in the matrix - looking for a provision to enter some additional information related to Business data.

Tried exposing Line EFF to Pricing so that information can be entered at each of the matrix level, but these are acting as AND conditions - which is not helping to meeth the need
