Is there any way to reset SCORM progress for just one learner?

Summary:
Hi all,
We often get requests to reset a learner's progress in an individual SCORM activity. I’m trying to check something and confirm whether this is a known limitation in Oracle Cloud Learning.
Typical cases are things like:
- learner gets stuck partway through a SCORM course due to a technical issue and can’t move forward
- learner completed a SCORM activity but wants to go back and improve their score
In other words, we’re usually trying to help a single learner, not reset the course for everyone.
We did some controlled testing with one learner and consistently saw the following:
