Table to use to get the project and task details under Supply and Planning

Hi,
We have created a SQL query to get some details under the Supply and Planning. We are almost done but we get stuck on the project and task column. We already checked the msc_supplies and msc_demands table using the project_id and task_id columns but it's not showing any value when running in data module but in the UI, it has a value.
Maybe anyone already figure this out and help us to identify the correct table or SQL query to get these two columns.
