candidate-uploaded resumes and cover letters do not automatically transfer to the Document of Record

Summary:

Hi All,
During the recruitment process, the candidate uploaded a resume and cover letter. However, once the candidate becomes an employee, the resume and cover letter are not available in the Document of Records (DOR).
Is there any specific setup that needs to be configured to make these documents visible in DOR?
The document type is available for employee to be selected , but the data is not populated.
