How to load mass locations using HCM data loading.

Upload via spreadsheet is disabled or removed by Oracle post upgrade to 26A.

The customer intends to proceed with Go-Live using version 26A, without future releases.
We understand that the “mass upload button” will be available in a future feature release.

However, we need to upload more than 60,000 locations and manually creating each one in the application would significantly impact the project timeline and cutover period.

We kindly request your assistance in identifying any possible workarounds for mass uploading locations.
