Candidate managed Interview notification not sending to candidates

Summary:

Have integration with MS and using to schedule Interviews. Able to send out other test notifications and referrals etc, but is not sending 'Invitation to schedule Interview Notification'.

Then tested sending Interview from Candidate level where Recruiter scheduled on their behalf. Notification that interview was scheduled was sent to candidate confirming date and time and containing Teams link, so notifications are going out.

• All Azure account valid and users have valid emails in ORC
• Created new Job Req and had test candidates apply
• Notifications sent to use verification code and confirmation that job app submitted
