Does anyone have end-user training materials they would be willing to share for Redwood RSSP?
Summary:
Hi everyone,
Our organization is preparing to transition from the Classic Self Service Procurement experience to the Redwood Self Service Procurement (RSSP) interface, and we’re thinking through end-user training and onboarding for requisitioners.
Since RSSP introduces a noticeably different user experience compared to the Classic experience, we are exploring how other organizations approached user adoption and training during their rollout.
I was hoping to learn from others in the community:
- Did your team create end-user job aids or training guides for RSSP?
- Were there specific areas of the Redwood experience that required extra explanation for users?
- Did you leverage any Oracle-provided materials as a starting point?
