Why new user account in fusion as a requestor

Summary:

Why new user account in fusion as a requestor is not able to see Deliver to Location field for one BU, showing as one time address and same able to see correctly for another BU. as an internal address type.

No other users are having this issue. Only one new fusion user screens are like this .

We had given access to two Req BUs. Below Shown screens are the preferences that we can see for both BUs.

Incorrect Screen showing only as one time address and not showing internal deliver to location fields for westgate BU but for other BU shows correct.
