HDL template to Mass delete Historical Rows in Employment History

We have thousands of position sync rows that got created for an inactive record. Since we do not have the ability to delete position sync rows directly form UI. We used an HDL template to change the action code from "POS_SYNC" to a different action code. We can now delete from UI, but we have thousands of rows to delete and manually deleting then is not feasible. Looking for an HDL/HSDL Template to delete these rows in bulk.

Could anyone provide a mass deletion template if you have experienced a similar issue and it worked for you? Thank you!
