Cancel work relationship for downstream apps

Summary:

We have an interface from Oracle HCM Cloud to SailPoint for identity management. As part of this integration, we generate and transmit full flat files multiple times per day containing the workforce population. The extract is built using BI and is designed to include all active, terminated, and future workers.

We have identified a gap in the reporting logic related to Cancel Work Relationship transactions. When a work relationship is canceled in Oracle HCM Cloud, the affected worker does not appear in our BI extract, even though the individual still exists in the system. Because of this, the interface cannot send the appropriate update to SailPoint, which results in identity records remaining active downstream.
