Ability to Customize Interview .ICS Notification to Include Additional Candidate Information

Summary:

I am currently reviewing the interview scheduling notifications in Oracle Recruiting and had a question regarding the .ICS calendar invite that is sent to interviewers.

At the moment, the calendar invite includes the basic interview details such as the date, time, and candidate name. Our business would like to know if it is possible to customize the .ICS notification to include additional candidate information, specifically items such as:

  • Prescreening question responses
  • Additional candidate details or attributes from the application
  • Other relevant candidate information that may help interviewers prepare

I reviewed the notification templates but it appears that the .ICS file itself may not be configurable in the same way as standard notifications
