Add to cart button (Family integration to use with OCC) is not rendering

Summary:

We're trying to integrate OCC with CPQ, and we are following documentation in but we can't make button "Add to Cart" visible in the model page.

Already tried creating the integration for different families, but the button never shows up. It's not even in the HTML of the page, I checked to see if it was there, but hidden.

Using BML from appendix H (but also tried from appendix E), from that documentation.

Any suggestions on how to make it work?

Already have a SR open, but still no solution (4-0002096889).
