Unable to access Visual Builder Studio following 26A Update

Summary:

Hi,

Prior to 26A, I had set up the project acting as the administrator. Following upgrade to 26A and a system refresh, I have assigned myself the usual Application Administrator and Application Developer roles but after a few days, still receive the error:

I don't have Visual Builder recorded in the OCI console under Oracle Cloud Services therefore, not able to assign roles there. Assigning roles to myself directly in the application has been the process since we started using VBS.

Has something changed?
