Are Payslips from Document Records Buggy/Slow/Hard to Access for Anyone Else?

Summary:

Recently, Payslips from Document Records (Redwood) have been extremely painful to open. The page seems buggy, shows blank, doesn't load, or even errors out. Is this happening to anyone else? Sometimes we are able to access a payslip, but it takes minutes to open whereas before it did not take this long.

We know we can mass download and get all Payslips, but sometimes we just want to see just one.
