Hi Experts,

We urgently need Global Talent Pool and Candidate Pools reporting in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to meet business demands. I would appreciate clarification on current OTBI capabilities and supported design patterns.

Business Use case

From a Talent Acquisition and Early Careers (graduate program) perspective, we need to report on:

  • Which candidates are members of specific Candidate Pools
  • The date a candidate was added to a pool
  • Time spent in a pool (tenure)
  • Reporting that includes prospects who joined via the Global Talent Community and have not yet applied.
