Restricted documents can be accessed from third party app

Summary:

We upload the business policies in the **Reports and Analytics** section and provide access through a static URL over application. We have also updated the report properties to restrict employees from downloading, printing, or copying the policies when they are connected to the application using business-provided laptops or desktops. 

However, the business has identified a vulnerability: when an employee logs into the application from an external device (such as a personal laptop or phone) with Adobe extensions installed, they are able to download the policies to their devices. In this case, the restrictions are bypassed. 

Any idea how we can resolve this inconsistency between external devices and business-provided devices.
