How can I convert ESS job output from Base64 to a readable format in AI Agent Studio?

I have created AI Agent to pull the ESS Job status and display output of that status. But Output is coming in Base64 format, which is not readable. How can I convert ESS job output from Base64 to a readable format in AI Agent Studio?

Also, is there any process available where I can download the Log and Output files using AI Agents which can be configured in AI Agent Studio ?
