Hello team,
Our CPQ environment already has Quote Archiving enabled, and we are currently reviewing whether adjusting the retention period and using archiving more actively would benefit our site’s performance. We would appreciate clarification on the following points:

  1. Maximum Archive Retention Period
    1. What is the maximum number of days that the “Archive Expiration Days” setting can be configured to?
    2. Is it possible to request a retention period of 1–2 years, and is such a value technically supported and safe?
