Job Segmentation: Need to post a requisition to specific BU and make all other requisitions visible

Summary:

We have 10 Business Units.

The requirement is we need to post some requisitions visible to employees belonging to same business unit.

For achieving this we used the recruiting type filter in Job segmentation. Created eligibility profile as Employee from each BU, created job segementation with Recruiting type as Same BU and Organization as same BU name.

This is working as expected.

Now the employee is not able to see any other requisitions. All other requisitions which were created under other recruiting type are also getting restricted.

Requirement:

1. If job requisition is posted with a Recruiting type as "Same Business Unit" it should be visible to same BU employees only.
