Getting Started with / Upgrading to Enhanced Dynamic Skills

Oracle is requiring customers to migrate from legacy Dynamic Skills to Enhanced Dynamic Skills before the 26B release, because legacy Dynamic Skills will be supported only through 26A (change announced in 25C).

Enhanced Dynamic Skills, introduced in 24B, adds capabilities such as administrator-managed skill catalog value sets, access to the Oracle Dynamic Skills Library, curated skill catalogs, and the ability to import skills from trusted third-party providers—delivering a more consistent and future-ready approach to skills management.

This change impacts you if you have any skill sections subscribed to Skills Center and have not completed the upgrade; those sections will no longer be supported after 26A. Skill sections
