change in position data does not reflect in per_assignment_secured_list data of employee

Summary:

I made change in existing position to remove the field value of probation period=6 and probation unit=month as of 6th march. A future dated employee starting on 16th march data should be reflecting the same change in per_assignment_secured_list_v table but the employee data still has 6 month value in probationperiod and unit field.

How do I remove the values from the field in the table as the table is used in a custom report and user does not want 6 months to be shown.
