Unable to consolidate a specific period

Hi all

We are getting this error while trying to consolidate:

A method called by the script failed on line 8 with error consolidation cannot be performed. Either the selected entity or its descendants are already being processed by another consolidation job. Entity FCCS_Total Geography Scenario:CbCR_Qualified, Year: FY25 and Period: P10

  1. There are not processes running or period locked
  2. Force Consolidate completes but does nothing at all.
  3. consolidate fails all the time

Has anyone seen this issue at all?
