Is anyone receiving a warning when creating a new item?

Summary:

After 25D we were seeing a warning message "Ensure that item classes with modified attributes are redeployed before creating a new item". From a separate post (Hi All, is anyone receiving a Warning message when creating new items? — Cloud Customer Connect) I followed the steps provided and was able to deploy the flexfield successfully. Upon creating a new item I did not see the warning message. However, my co-workers are still seeing the message and we all have the same security access.

Co-workers have logged out and then logged in, cleared their cache and restarted. Unfortunately, this message still shows for them.
