Access Revoked before Termination

Summary:

We have a client whose employees lose access the day before the termination even when terminating the employee, the HR Admin is selecting the Revoke User Access after Termination option. Is anybody else facing this issue? This looks like a Redwood Page defect, because it was fine in non-Redwood UI. We feel the issue is with the Redwood Termination Page
