Delay in Taleo Candidate Notifications

Summary: Is anyone else experiencing delays in Taleo notifications?

Since 3/3, we have noticed that delayed notifications are being sent from Taleo been receiving delayed notifications to internal team members on offer letter acceptance. For example, a candidate accepted an offer on 3/3 at 4:07, however, the signed offer letter wasn't attached to the candidate profile. The same candidate signed the offer letter again today, 3/6 at 9:18am and the signed document was attached.

Another candidate's offer letter was sent for approval on 3/4 at 3:49pm, however, the notification saying the OL was ready for approval on 3/5 at 9:38am.
