AI Agent Audit Report

Summary:

Two different BI Publisher reports to track AI Agent usage by end-users and administrators.

  • Summary Audit Report that audits a completed conversation from a published, production agent. This report will show the question asked and response returned by the agent - broken out by Turn Number (each turn number represents a user input/agent response for multi-step conversations).
  • Full Audit Report that audits each step that an agent took during a conversation to completion. This report will audit both production and draft agents (draft agents are agents being tested in debug mode within Agent Studio).
    • The full audit report has a date filter due to the large number of results that can potentially be returned.
