Unable to Track Audit Changes for Asset Keyword Segments

Hellow Team,

We have enabled auditing for the asset keyword segments and would like to capture these changes in our custom report. However, the audit log is recording the updated values in a numeric format, and we are unable to determine which specific segment has been modified.

Please assist in reviewing this behavior and advise how we can correctly interpret the audited values or configure the audit settings to capture segment-level changes in a readable format.
