How to plan all materials to be available at the beginning of work order

Summary:

Customer wants all planned orders of materials for a planned production order to be available at the beginning of production. Please note their work orders may last for weeks even months. But they want all materials to be ready at the beginning to ensure guaranteed production. I remember in ASCP we can plan material at job start or operation start. Is there similar setup in Supply Plan Cloud?
