Rejected - Error on table PJF_PROJ_ELEMENTS_XFACE, column TASK_DESCRIPTION. Field in data file excee

Summary:

while uploading project tasks , I provided a task description that's only 1365 Characters length , meanwhile the TASK_DESCRIPTION field allows 2000 Character

the FBID gets an error of "Rejected - Error on table PJF_PROJ_ELEMENTS_XFACE, column TASK_DESCRIPTION.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length"

but when I created it using the UI it worked without any issue

how can I resolve this issue ?
