Custom role to remove create single payment option.

Hi,

I want to create a custom role for Accounts Payable Supervisor without the privilege to "Create Payment".
Since we cannot establish approval rules for Create Payments, the requirement is to remove the privilege from a Custom role based on AP supervisor.
Please help to check.
