Supplier registration page

Hi,

I have a requirement to create a custom page of Supplier registration page.
That custom page should look like exactly of standard supplier registration page and it should follow all the workflow same as the standard page.
can you guide us how to achieve this ?

Basically there are two scenarios (Supplier and Partner). Supplier should register in Supplier registration page and Partner should register in Custom Supplier page.

Please let me know how to achieve this ?
