how make flex field appear according to a chosen value

In the pr we have a urgent feild, yes and no. When we have a yes, a dff should appear that has the justification to justify why it is urgent

In that case, if it is no, will it not show how we can do it? plus is there a way to addattachment feild after the justification and make it mandatory
