Enable two way communication with home email as primary email

Summary:

Hello Everybody,

We are trying to implement two way email communication for our client. In Oracle docs, it is mentioned that Work Email should be primary email for 2 way communication to work. In our case, Home Email is the primary email. Has anybody done this setup or have any insight how this can be achieved ? Thanks for your help in advance !
